Corned Beef & Cabbage Lumpia

St. Patrick's Day transformed into a Filipino Lumpia.  Slow cooked corned beef brisket + cabbage & potato.  Has the build up of a traditional lumpia craft with an authentic Irish punch of flavor.  Served with a Sour Cream Horseradish Dipping Sauce.
